Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on students' unique strengths and needs.
Collaborate with general education teachers and school staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Assess students' progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed to ensure academic and social growth.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, keeping them informed of students' progress and achievements.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field.
Valid teaching certification in Special Education (Oregon certification preferred, but not mandatory).
Experience working with students with diverse learning needs is preferred.
Flexibility and willingness to travel to various locations within Happy Valley and nearby areas.
