NWT is looking for a well-qualified Human Resources Manager that will be a champion in helping to lead our team.
The Human Resources Manager will provide support to employees, administer employee benefits, develop and maintain HR policies, oversee all recruitment processes, and process payroll.
This position will take on a leadership role in all HR-related matters while working directly for the CEO to oversee HR functions.

Administer compensation and benefit plans Talent acquisition and recruitment processes Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise Promote HR programs to create a great workplace Development and implementation of human resource policies Performance management Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics Oversee annual employee performance reviews Coach and teach other supervisors and managers in HR areas Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team-building activities Ensure compliance with labor regulations Ready to apply?
