This position provides administrative support to the Community Development Department performing a broad range of tasks including application intake and tracking, records management, department and committee coordination, and customer service for building, planning, and economic development inquiries and projects.
Spanish proficiency is highly desirable but not required.
Successful applicants will demonstrate the ability to carry out the duties and responsibilities described in the documents attached.
The starting salary for this full-time position is $27.
01/hour.
The starting date for this position will be on or after July 1, 2023.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
